How do I make a purchase?
Select your product and click “Add to Cart.” Once you're ready, navigate to your cart and select “Checkout” to complete your order.

Is my payment information safe with you?
Yes! We use encrypted payment systems, and our security team monitors transactions for safety.

When should I expect my items?
After order processing (1–3 business days), you’ll receive an email with your tracking information once the package is shipped.

Can I track my package?
Of course! We send a tracking code to your email after your order has shipped.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping fees vary by origin and destination. You’ll see your shipping fee after you enter your shipping details during checkout.

Will all items come together?
Typically, multiple products are sent in different parcels.

What is your return policy?
Returns are free. You may return items for a full refund within 30 days or receive store credit within 180 days. Refunds are processed within 10 working days after return receipt. Delays may occur during busy times.

Do I have to send back the free gift?
Yes, if returning products brings your order below the promo requirement, the gift must also be returned. If kept, we may deduct its cost from your refund.

Can I cancel or edit my order post-submission?
We’re unable to modify or cancel orders after they’re submitted. You may still return items for a refund (shipping excluded).
